Mulberry Loft is set within the beautiful old town fisherman's quarter of St.Ives and just set back in the quieter part of the Downalong area but literally a stone throw from the harbour and beaches. There are no hills to climb and the area is ideal for families and couples alike.

Mulberry loft is completely renovated to provide stylish and comfortable three bedroom holiday accommodation. Accessing via stone stone granite steps and a staircase, there are some lovely features including wooden floors and exposed beams along with the comfort of gas central heating.

Mulberry loft is ideal for both family summer holidays and relaxing winter breaks. The loft has a real sense of space and calm. Perfect for a couples' retreat, or a great base for a family.

Inside Mulberry Loft

The Loft combines a sense of history with contemporary living. Popular all year round with three beaches just metres away and the famous St. Ives harbour. The perfect winter haven or summer break; sink into comfy sofas after a day exploring Cornwall.

The main bedroom has a Feather & Black double bed, fitted wardrobes and flat screen tv.

The kitchen is fully fitted with granite worktops and has a gas hob with electric oven under, full size dishwasher, large upright fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine/drier, iron & ironing board. plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses for 6 guests. For your entertainment there is a micro Hi-Fi DAB system with IPod/phone dock which also features SD memory card slot and USB connection.

 

Bathroom

A larger than average bathroom with on demand hot water. Bath with overhead shower and mixer shower/tap
